Ingredients: 1 lb Ground venison; 1 lb Ground pork (optional but recommended); 1 Large onion, diced; 1 Bell pepper, diced; 2 Jalapenos, deseeded and diced (for less heat use 1 or none); 4 Cloves of garlic, minced; 2 Chili seasoning packets (or 7-9 tbsp of homemade); 1 (14.5 oz) Can chili-ready tomatoes; 1 (14.5 oz) Can Italian-style petite diced tomatoes; 1 (28.5 oz) Can crushed tomatoes w/ puree; 2 (15.5 oz) Cans light red kidney beans; 2 (15.5 oz) Cans pinto beans; 1 (15.5 oz) Can ranch style beans; Shredded cheese, sour cream, Fritos or crackers, for toppings; 3 tbsp Melinda's preserves Mango habanero pepper jelly Optional but recommended

Ingredients

1 lb Ground venison

1 lb Ground pork (optional but recommended)

1 Large onion, diced

1 Bell pepper, diced

2 Jalapenos, deseeded and diced(for less heat use 1 or none)

4 Cloves of garlic, minced
